Group effort: long-term water clarity study a collaboration of scientists and the public

Researchers say that water clarity has not changed much in Midwestern lakes in recent decades. The analysis is based on a long-term collaborative between scientists and the public. Both groups have monitored water clarity in over 3, 000 lakes over several decades, compiling extensive data.
