Peregrine falcons in Fort Wayne: more on the way?

The peregrine falcon has recovered well from population crashes caused by the pesticide DDT in the mid 20th century. Success is due in part to conservation efforts, such as those employed by Indiana Michigan Power (I&M). The utility company’s Fort Wayne branch houses a nesting box with a mating pair of falcons, which recently laid three eggs. The birds can be viewed by the FalconCam online.
